Quick help
Reminders are not arriving+
- Open iPhone Settings > Notifications > Paper Tarot Journal and make sure Allow Notifications is enabled.
- Check that Focus Mode or Do Not Disturb is not silencing the app.
- Open Paper Tarot Journal and confirm reminders are turned on.
- If they still do not arrive, restart your iPhone and open the app again.
Where are my past readings?+
Readings and notes are stored on your device. If you previously signed in and sync completed, sign in with the same Apple or Google account to retrieve the synced records. Unsynced local records may be lost when the app is deleted or the device is lost. Records removed through account deletion cannot be restored by signing in again.
How to manage or cancel a subscription+
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID.
Refunds+
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. Use Apple's official refund page to request one.
Is Paper Tarot Journal fortune telling or advice?+
No. Paper Tarot Journal is a reflection and journaling app. It does not predict the future and does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
